Q: You're Sold Out, how can I buy your jewelry?
A: First, Thank you so much for asking!!! I try very hard to restock my website at least once a month, so keep checking back. If you would like to keep up to date on restocks a great way to stay in the loop is to follow along on Instagram, my handle is o_and_p_metalworks, or sign up for my newsletter at the very bottom of this page.
Q: I have a question about my jewelry, how can I get help?
A: I am happy to help you with your questions or concerns about your jewelry! Feel free to email me at the email address below.
Q: Do you take Custom Orders?
A: Not very often. Due to being a one woman show and a full time mama I usually do not have the ability or time to take on custom orders. If or when I do I open very limited spots that l announce on my Instagram, it's a first come first serve basis. If you have an inquiry about wholesale or larger orders for wedding parties or engagement/wedding rings please inquire via email.
Q: What's up with shipping?
A: Depending on how many orders come in at once I generally try to ship within 3-5 business days. I usually use First Class USPS, if you would like faster or insured shipping please inquire immediately after your purchase.
Q: Do you accept Returns or Refunds?
A: As a small business I try to do my best to include detailed pictures and descriptions of my jewelry with measurements, sizes and disclosures about small imperfections to avoid the need for returns or refunds. For this reason I only accept them on a case by case basis. It is my deepest wish for you to be happy with me and my jewelry and will work to provide solutions, but please read descriptions carefully, order accordingly and contact me as soon as possible if you have an issue. No requests for refunds will be accepted after 30 days.
Q: What if my jewelry breaks?
A: I believe buying small is an investment, and I am here to help! If the break is in any way an issue from the construction or my fault in any way I will gladly repair the piece free of charge. If the jewelry is damaged due to normal wear and tear, shipping issues, the breaking of a chain or is damaged by fault of the owner then I usually accept repairs on case by case basis and will bill according to time and material it takes to get your piece back to ship shape. Q: What is Made To Order or Pre Sale?
A: When I have the time and material I will occasionally do a Made to Order or Pre Sale option on some pieces. This simply means that if you order one of these items it has not been made yet. All information about timeframe and ordering will be listed in the listing for the item. Sometimes these projects take two weeks, sometimes 8 weeks, so please read your listing closely before purchasing.
Q: Do you sell in any shops?
A: Yes, I stock a few items at One Eleven in Missoula, MT. Beyond that you can find me selling at various in person events throughout the year; to learn more about these events I recommend following along on Instagram for updates.
Q: What is reclaimed and recycled metal, and where do you get your stones?
A: I always use recycled or reclaimed metal in my jewelry. This means that I either buy recycled metal from a reputable source or I reclaim my own by melting down scrap and unused jewelry to give it new life. All my stones are sourced by me either on one of my buying trips to gem shows, from small lapidary artists or found and cut by me or local cutters. The source of my metals and stones is very important to me and I work everyday to acquiring my materials as close to the source as possible.
